Eating fish has been found to be beneficial for a host of health conditions. In fact the individual who consumes fish on a regular basis is able to prevent various health risks. The people in Mediterranean climate are said to be healthier because if the fish that they consume as part of the diet. The only animal based food that is beneficial to the human body and prevents diseases is the fish.

Even kidney cancer symptoms were decreased if they were on a regular diet of fatty fish.
Fatty fish that contains the omega 3 fatty acid is said to be much more beneficial than the fish that have lean meat or those that do not contain this oil. The consumption of these kinds of fish is encouraged to prevent these chronic diseases.
